Who do you share the information you receive with?
Nobody! BIG Performance does not sell or give away any personal information about our customers.

What information can I access?
As a registered customer you can access the same information about yourself as we have about you. You can maintain your own profile including your login details. You can request to have your own account terminated at any time at which point we delete any stored information we have about you and your account is closed. Your rights are not affected by this and you can still create a new account at a later stage if you wish.

What choices do I have?
You can choose not to set up an account with BIG Performance although this will prevent you from ordering any items online. You can place an order via the telephone, facsimile, or email if you prefer.

Your use of the bigperformance.co.uk website
If you use our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are further responsible for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your password is kept confidential and secure, and to aid in this you should change your password regularly with 'My Profile'. If you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner you should contact BIG Performance immediately.

You can access and update your name, address, telephone number, email address and password within your account by using the 'My Profile' area of the website. Please ensure that this information is up to date as this may affect your orders. bigperformance.co.uk reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order it will be without charge to you.

Website Access
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

Licence for website access
bigperformance.co.uk grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download or modify it, or any portion of it, or its content, without the express written permission of BIG Performance. You may not use this website to resell or commercially use any of its content, including but not limited to any of the product listings, descriptions, prices, or any derivative use of this website or its contents. You may not download or copy any account information for the benefit of another merchant; or use an data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

The BIG Performance website, or any portion of it, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of bigperformance.co.uk without our express written permission. You may not use any META tags or any other 'hidden text' utilising the name bigperformance.co.uk, or BIG Performance.net, or BIG Performance without the express written permission of bigperformance.co.uk. Any unauthorised use terminates any permissions or licence granted by bigperformance.co.uk.

You may not use any bigperformance.co.uk, BIG Performance.net or BIG Performance logo or other proprietary graphics as part of a link without our express written permission.

Your conduct
You will not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.

You understand that you, and not bigperformance.co.uk, BIG Performance.net or BIG Performance, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and that you must use the bigperformance.co.uk website for lawful purposes only.

You must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity. Further, you must not send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing; or in breach of copyright, confidence, privacy or any other right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or objectionable; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or "spam" of any kind. In addition you must not cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.

If bigperformance.co.uk believes that an account is being used to send malicious communications to bigperformance.co.uk, including any or all of the above, or that the website is being used for anything other than its intended purpose, BIG Performance will terminate the account with immediate effect and legal actions against the person(s) in question will be instigated.

Copyright and database rights
All content on this website, such as text, images, logos, graphics and digital downloads is the property of bigperformance.co.uk and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and database laws.

You may not re-utilise and/or extract parts of the contents of this website without the express written permission of bigperformance.co.uk. You may not create and/or publish your own database that features items including but not limited to parts of this website such as Product listings, prices, descriptions, digital downloads, without the express permission of bigperformance.co.uk.

Placing an Order with bigperformance.co.uk
When you place an order with bigperformance.co.uk we will send you an email confirmation of this order, including the items in your order, availability of the items, and other details pertaining to your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product from bigperformance.co.uk. bigperformance.co.uk will contact you by telephone to confirm your order and finalise payment details. All orders are irrevocable. All orders accepted are subject to our standard terms and conditions (available upon request). E. and O.E. Any returned cheque will incur a £20 additional fee. If for any reason bigperformance.co.uk are unable to fulfil an item in your order we will notify you by email or telephone. If you have already paid for this product we will refund you in full for the cost of that item.

Delivery of your order and returns
If you take delivery of an order, or item within an order, which has been damaged in transit, or is unfit for use due to manufacturing error, you must contact bigperformance.co.uk directly to discuss exchange or your order/item. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Items which are damaged due to misuse or neglect by the customer will not be exchanged. There is a 75% handling fee for any cancelled/returned orders which are not damaged (minimum £20). There are NO returns or refunds on specially ordered parts.

If you are unhappy with your order, or an item within it, or you deem your item to be unfit for use, you must contact bigperformance.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt to discuss exchange or a refund. Refunds are given at our discretion.

If bigperformance.co.uk sends you the wrong item(s) as part of your order please contact us as soon as possible. Incorrect items must be returned to BIG Performance in the condition they arrived in. We will send out your correct order and reimburse you for any return delivery costs you incur (postage receipt must be provided).

If you are expecting a delivery from BIG Performance and it has not arrived please check the status of your order within 'My Orders' available within the 'My Profile' section of the website. If your order is listed as dispatched please contact BIG Performance by email or telephone quoting your order number and we will track your delivery.

Pricing and availability
Included on each product information page is the estimated availability for that item. Please note that the availability displayed to you on the website, or verbally by a representative of bigperformance.co.uk is an estimate only. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As your order progresses you can view the status of your order within 'My Orders', which is available within the 'My Profile' section of the website. We will inform you by telephone or email if any product on your order turns out to be unavailable.

Losses
bigperformance.co.uk will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed (see Placing an order with bigperformance.co.uk for details on what constitutes a formed contract). bigperformance.co.uk is not responsible for death or personal injury caused from by negligence on the part of the customer whilst using our products.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
bigperformance.co.uk reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, product information, prices, and these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms & Conditions in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us.

Non refundable returns
Anything that has moving parts is considered a special order. Special orders are expressly non returnable and non refundable unless the item or items are damaged. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any damage not reported within this period is not the responsibility of the BIG Performance.

Car Storage
ANY car that is stored at the facility is subject to a £30 per day (a day being any 24 hour period) charge. This charge is not waived under any circumstance.
